A raffle app you run from your phone
La Rifa is a web app for running raffles online. You create the raffle in a minute, share a link, and buyers hold their numbers from their phone while you see live who has paid. There is nothing to download, it works in any Latin American country, and the free plan includes one raffle of up to 30 numbers.
What it fixes compared with a notebook or a spreadsheet
With a sheet on paper, in Excel or in a photo, the organizer does everything by hand: noting who asked for each number, chasing payments and resending the sheet every time something changes. That is where the usual problems come from: a number sold to two people, a payment nobody remembers and buyers who do not know which numbers are left.
In La Rifa the sheet is a page that updates itself. Every buyer sees the free numbers the moment they open it, holds theirs and leaves their details, and you do not have to copy anything.
How it works
- You create the raffle: prize with a photo, price per number in your currency, how many numbers (00 to 99 or more) and the lottery and date that decide the winner.
- You share a short link, with a button ready to send it on WhatsApp. The chat shows a preview with the raffle's name, the price per number and the draw date.
- The buyer taps one or several numbers (up to 20 in one purchase), types their name and phone and uploads the payment receipt.
- You check the receipt and approve the purchase. The number turns paid on the sheet everyone sees.
No number is sold twice
When someone taps a number, it is held for them while they fill in the form, and everyone with the raffle open sees it taken instantly, without reloading. If they do not finish, the number is free again within a few minutes.
The money goes straight to you
La Rifa does not receive ticket money or take a commission on sales. Buyers pay you the way they already do: bank transfer, Nequi, Daviplata, Mercado Pago, Yape, Plin or cash. You confirm each payment when you see it.
What you already sold elsewhere
If you started the raffle in a notebook, you can enter those sales by hand or import them from an Excel or CSV file. And whenever you like, you export the full buyer list to Excel.
What it costs
The free plan includes one active raffle of up to 30 numbers. For larger raffles or several raffles there are paid plans, bought once per bundle of raffles; the ones with AI also include an assistant that answers questions about your draw.
It runs in the browser
There is nothing to download from an app store: La Rifa opens in the browser on your phone or computer, and you can add it to your home screen to open it like any other app. Your buyers do not need an account either.
